BIO
Allyson Flaster manages research activities for the College and Beyond II study at ICPSR, including survey development and data infrastructure planning. Allyson’s research focuses on issues of postsecondary access and success for undergraduate and graduate students.She began her career advising participants in the McNair Scholars Program, a federal program for talented undergraduates that aims to diversify graduate education and the professoriate. She has a PhD in higher education policy from the University of Michigan.
