ANN ARBOR — America’s aging population will present many different challenges for our country’s healthcare infrastructure. But what about its retirement system?

Changes to the criminal justice system about 50 years ago are coming into play in an unexpected way today, affecting who may be able to take advantage of various options available to Americans in retirement.
