IRB Common Rule Presentation

This past January, the Department of Health and Human Services updated
the Federal Policy for the Protection of Human Research Subjects, also
known as the Common Rule. These regulatory changes go into effect on
January 19, 2018.

ISR will be holding a session with Cindy Shindledecker, director of the U-M Health Sciences and Behavioral Sciences Institutional Review Board, which will cover key changes in the regulations, changes to the eResearch IRB application, and changes to IRB business processes designed to address the required changes. A question and answer period will follow. Questions about your specific research discipline are welcome.
