The 2024 Paradata Workshop, part of the ISR 75th Anniversary Celebration, will be a 1.5-day hybrid (in-person / Zoom) gathering of methodological and substantive researchers who are interested in modern applications of survey paradata for enhancing methodological and substantive research. The workshop, which will take place at the ISR-Thompson building in Ann Arbor (starting at 1pm on October 15, 2024, and ending at 5pm on October 16, 2024), will feature presentations from a diverse group of international researchers currently exploring new applications of paradata in their work, in addition to a panel session dedicated to developing a research agenda in this area. Presenters at the workshop will be invited to submit their work to a 2026 special issue of the Journal of Survey Statistics and Methodology, dedicated to new applications of paradata in research.
